Brooke Emory

Brooke Emory is a certified fitness coach and multi-disciplinary athlete located in Los Angeles. Brooke has taught HIIT and boxing classes at two of NYC's top fitness studios, Shadowbox and Fhitting Room. She was also the leading instructor on ClassPass Live, where she lead workouts and motivated thousands of people everyday!

In 2017, Brooke began training under Heather Hardy, undefeated Boxing and MMA Champion at the renowned Gleason’s Gym. At that point, Brooke realized the positive affect movement had on her both mentally and physically, and found her calling – to inspire others and share her passion for fitness and health.

Brooke started her career as a Professional Hip Hop Dancer in Los Angeles, CA at the age of 15. Her journey was molded by a variety of artists who were creative on unique platforms. Being surrounded by these influencers in both dance and fitness, she was inherently driven to recreate trends with her own artistic gene. As a result, Brooke packed up her determination and grit, and set out to the ‘Big Apple’ to follow her passion for fashion. In just two short years, Brooke designed for Ralph Lauren, Greyson Clothiers, and all PVH Corp brands.

Currently teaching fitness full time, Brooke likes to dance and design during her free time as her own creative outlet. Join this passionate and driven go-getter along her journey!
