Many of you have been asking for an upper body workout for a while...I'm finally delivering! Get ready for this upper body shred! We're going to hit your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps...and abs!
The format is simple: we'll do a chest exercise, followed by a back exercise, then a triceps move and a biceps move. So it's: push, pull, push, pull. It's programmed in a way that your upper body gets pushed to the limits without fatiguing too early on. Then we finish up with abs in the last 5-minutes!
