SELF CARE | Mindful Movement Series

It's time to refocus on you and bring out your best self. These ten, audio-guided, self care programs are intended to reset, refuel and restore your body & mind. With a focus on mindful movement: 7 of these classes are meant to be done while walking outside or doing machine-based cardio; although you can do them while driving, relaxing or anytime that fits your needs. Each session lasts between 15-30 minutes— fitting perfectly into the busiest of schedules.
