This Tabata workout is no joke! You'll have four traditional Tabata rounds, then you'll finish off with a 'Super Tabata' round. The traditional rounds will contain two exercises: one with weights, one without - for the standard 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. The 'Super Tabata' round will be 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off - with two of the most challenging exercises I could think of. Grab a set of medium dumbbells and get ready to WERK!
