The format of this workout is simple: you'll have 5 blocks, each block contains one cardio kickboxing exercise + one core exercise; you'll perform each block two times through, before moving on to the next one. You'll move fast, punch hard, kick high, and get rid of some stress with this fun and challenging "Kickin' Core" sweat fest!
