Jaime McFaden is brining you Beginner Burn - a six video workout series that is great for those beginning a new fitness routine, and for those who might getting back into the groove. Beginner Burn was designed so that you can choose to do each workout as a stand-alone routine or you can mix-and-match them. Jaime guides you through the all the fundamentals: proper posture, alignment, breathing, everything you need to build a solid foundation.
