Dr. Antonio M. Harrison, a.k.a. Coach Doc, is a Behavior Scientist and fitness coach. He has a Ph.D. in the science of behavior and is a former NCAA football player. He currently works one-on-one with clients and groups, gives webinars and keynotes, trains warriors, and is also a virtual reality fitness coach & high school varsity football coach. Through his experience and understanding of health, sports, fitness, and mental wellbeing, Coach Doc provides guided meditations to bring to balance and harmony the mind, body, heart, and soul through a unique approach to self-care and discipline.
