This is one of Lesley's signature classes: it's designed to connect mind, body and breath. It’s a wonderful practice to do in the morning but it can be done any time of day. You’ll warm up slowly and then begin to heat up your entire body flowing from posture to posture as you focus on your breath. Practiced regularly, you’ll notice your flexibility and peace of mind increasing.
