Frances Flores leads you through our brand new program, Power Barre.

You'll have 8 barre-inspired workouts that encompass all elements of fitness: strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility. You'll fire things up while focusing on lengthening & toning your entire body.

You'll have two 30-minute full body routines, one 20-minute lower body / chair routine, followed by five 10-minute routines that are specifically designed to target & tone your smaller, hard-to-reach, muscles.

Workouts 1 - 3 will be released on 08/27/21
Workouts 5 - 8 will be released on 09/03/21
