Ellie Diez
Ellie Diez recently moved to LA from New York City and has quickly found her footing in the fitness world. She is both AFAA certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and NASM certified as a personal trainer. She participated in the 2017 NPC Jay Cutler Desert Classic Bikini Competition and was awarded 5th Callouts. She believes in challenging one's self both physically and mentally through fitness and exercise. She coaches privately and teaches SPIN, HIIT, and more, at Crunch, Booty Works and several other gyms in LA.
