Cory Suess is bringing you a 15-minute Challenge Workout! Cory is a CrossFit all-star...and he wanted to design a workout that was a total body challenge using some of his favorite moves from the sport. We teamed up and structured the workout to include a warm-up and quick cool down, with three distinct sections in between. You'll have a section of each: dumbbells, kettlebell, abs & core. Cory moves fast and takes minimal breaks, but be sure you move at a pace that pushes your limits BUT still keeps you safe. Good luck!
