Carter Miles' interest in yoga was first sparked by Buddhist philosophy and meditation; but upon finding Yoga Asana, he became hooked. He completed his first Teacher Training in a Power Vinyasa style, but he was hungry to learn more. So, he traveled to India to study further in the traditional styles and Ayurvedic medicine. Today, he teach full time in Los Angeles and his yoga classes incorporate elements from all different yoga styles, as well as kundalini, kinesiology, philosophy and human motivation.
