Leanne Pedante is back! This time with a 30-minute Muay Thai-inspired training routine! You'll have five working rounds, along with a short introduction to basic striking techniques. Rounds 1, 3, and 5 all focus on Muay Thai shadowboxing. Rounds 2 and 4 will focus on building strength. Jab, cross, kick and unleash your inner fighter with Leanne Pedante!
