Equipment Needed: Mat
All you need is eight minutes to work your full body with Vanessa Villegas! This quick high-intensity workout is perfect if you need to burn some calories fast but do not have the time. There are two, 4-minute, Tabata blocks contained within this workout: block one is geared towards cardio, while block 2 is more focused on strength. Alternate exercises to focus on your whole body, working hard for 20 seconds and then taking 10 seconds to rest. You can rock out to the songs provided or blast your favorite playlist and follow along!
