You guys REALLLYYYY liked the last member workout, which was all strength! So I'm bringing you more of what you want!
This workout is an ALL strength total body dumbbell workout! I highly recommend having two sets of dumbbells: a heavy set and a medium set (or a medium set and a light set).
This workout includes some traditional strength and conditioning favorites...along with some new, super fun and challenging moves! Every muscle is going to be hit during this workout. No cardio bursts here — but you will still be a hot sweaty mess by the end of it! There were times I literally couldn't talk because I was breathing so hard and heavy.
