Gina Florio is back and she's bringing you a strength-focused kettlebell routine! You'll have three circuits that combine kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. Gina suggests using a challenging set of kettlebells for this routine; she uses two 8kg / 18-lbs kettlebells throughout. Due to the nature of this workout, you can easily swap kettlebells out for dumbbells with most of the movements.
