Joshua Al-chamaa is back with an insanely challenging HIIT workout. If you've ever done the CrossFit workout, "Fran" — you know just how challenging a short and simple workout can be.
You've got two moves: hang squat cleans & pushups... then you'll have a surprise finisher. You'll perform both moves for 21 reps, then 15, then finishing with 9. The goal is to finish this workout as quickly as possible. To get the most of this workout grab a heavy set of dumbbells!
