Frances Flores leads you through our brand new program, Power Barre.
You'll have 8 barre-inspired workouts that encompass all elements of fitness: strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility. You'll fire things up while focusing on lengthening & toning your entire body.
You'll have two 30-minute routines and one 20-minute routine, followed by five 10-minute routines that are specifically designed to target & tone your smaller, hard-to-reach, muscles.
