If you don't recognize her, she is one of the master trainers at DailyBurn and she is bringing some serious power and energy to this 30-minute metabolic conditioning workout! You'll have a warm-up, followed by two HIIT circuits (seven moves each: 5 strength + 2 cardio), then you'll finishing off with a relaxing cool down.
