• 6 classes a week for 4 weeks
• HIIT, metabolic conditioning, tabata, AMRAPs.
• Torch calories, build strength, improve cardio.

This program is designed for Advanced exercisers.

[WHAT TO KNOW]
Check out the 4-week Training Calendar for guidance. The file can be downloaded to your phone or computer. You can click the titles of all the workouts, and it will directly take you to the video.
