You guys have been asking for this one! This workout is a straight ALL strength total body dumbbell workout! I highly recommend having two sets of dumbbells: a heavy set and a medium set (or a medium set and a light set).
We're going to be working on building dynamic total body strength and explosive power. Every muscle is going to be hit during this workout. No cardio bursts here — but your heart rate will still skyrocket because we move from exercise to exercise with minimal downtime in between! (Notice how much I'm sweating at the end LOL 😅)
